just a few things

I got to thinking about the past 26 years of my life.  My birthday is only 18 short days away after all (cough cough...hint hint).  Here are a few things I've learned over the years :)

1.)  Filter.  I give up already.
2.)  Never ever hover in heels.  It burns your calves.  Just sit down already.
3.)  Don't sweat the small stuff.  It really is small stuff.
4.)  Don't search for significance in all the wrong places.
5.)  Breath
5.)  Paths of righteousness don't lead through fields of sin.
6.)  Seek adventure.  Live on the edge.
7.)  Silence is my friend
8.)  Always have a pair of stretchy black pants and north face fleece on hand.  It's the go to outfit.
9.)  It doesn't have to be raining to wear rain boots.
10.)  Satan is tricky...don't be fooled.
11.)  Marry your best friend.
12.)  What kathryn said...don't buy a dog larger than you.  It requires great strength.
13.)  The only person that needs your approval is God.
14.)  Don't be discouraged by Country Club Members....there are Barb Mitchell's in the mix somewhere.  Just keep looking.
15.)  "Just remember...at the end of the day we all put our pants on one leg at a time." my boss
16.)  Chick-fil-a is amazing
17.)  Use your words
18.)  Just laugh...it makes everything better.
19.)  Great girlfriends are a necessity.
20.)  DO NOT go too far into the ocean.  You may drown.
21.)  Chicken biscuits aren't as good as you say they are.
22.)  Don't leave without your travel mug.
23.)  Call grandma.
24.)  My dad is George Banks.
25.)  My mom is super woman.
26.)  Give your kid a sister.  Best move my mom and dad ever made.  I bet Bruce put on the moves....filter...nah.
27.)  Make sure your parents make best friends with a family, preferrably the Kurtz's.  It makes life really fun, but don't steal them from us.
28.) Be near a restroom when drinking starbucks...I'm just sayin.
29.)  Dad said it's all about location, location, location.
30.)  Careful dad's, you might create very high expectations for future husbands.  Poor jake.
31.)  Buy underwear from GapBody.  They are amazing!
