Cape Cod Reno Week 2 & 3

Here is an update on the house for week 2/week 3.  Things have been busy in NC with visitors, house renovations, work etc but here's what has happened so far at the Fuquay House in the last couple of weeks.

 New HVAC

 Pipes fixed and Water 

 The wall color and flooring debate.

 New Roof

Ripping out the dry wall in master bath.

Goal for today...new dry wall.

Cape Cod Reno Week 1

Jake and I took possession of our cape cod fixer upper one week ago.  Here is what we have accomplished so far.

1. Multiple layers of painted wallpaper removed...check.
2. Disgusting popcorn ceilings scraped and sanded (1st floor only)....check.
