Cape Cod Reno Week 2 & 3

Here is an update on the house for week 2/week 3.  Things have been busy in NC with visitors, house renovations, work etc but here's what has happened so far at the Fuquay House in the last couple of weeks.

 New HVAC
 Pipes fixed and Water 
 The wall color and flooring debate.
 New Roof
Ripping out the dry wall in master bath.

Goal for today...new dry wall.

    Go Elizabeth!!!! Can't wait to see you transform your house a la YHL!!

    We're under contract on a house with an ooooold HVAC. I'd love to hear about your HVAC replacing process!
